awareness and support about prostate cancer  for men!

Hi, my name is Ted and I am a prostate cancer overcomer. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in 2015. At the time, I didn’t even know what prostate cancer was and not even what a prostate gland was and its purpose. After going through the journey of faith in God and seeing His hand in everything that year, I realized that many men don’t know about this very preventive disease.

So after several years of talking with a few men and coming along aside some in support, I decided to start a support group to help men become aware of how important it is to stay on top of their health and take proactive measures to ensure a good health and hopefully long life to ensure a legacy for their families and future generations.

This group was created to help promote and create a vehicle for awareness on prostate cancer. We will try to provide resources to help you make a better informed decision but it is vitally important that men are doing their part on the preventive side: yearly checkups, research, proper eating/diet and good exercise and a healthy dose of God’s Word and walking in obedience to it. Preventive measures go a long way and God has given us ways in His word to have a good life while we are on this earth.

My prayer is that you will make the effort to secure your blessings of good health by being obedience to take care of yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually.
